In 2017 Paul Ray and Tom Rowcliffe founded Global Mining and Exploration Management SARL (GMEM) with a simple vision of providing quality advice and management services to advanced exploration and junior mining companies.

Both coming from natural resources backgrounds in large organisations it was clear there is an opportunity to provide our services to small teams with high quality projects.

Our executive team has worked in public and private mining and exploration companies from early stage exploration through to full scale mining operations. All together our in-house technical team has worked on projects in every continent. Each member of the team has over 10 years of industry experience.
